Booking form for hedge planting days

Last season we planted and restored over 3.7km of beautiful hedgerows across the county. This year we’re aiming even higher, with a target of 6km of new and restored hedgerow between October 2025 and April 2026.

We’d love you to join us!

Hedge planting sessions run from 10am to 2pm and will be led by an experienced hedge planting lead.  We welcome both individual volunteers and businesses looking to participate through charity days. Children are more than welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

If you have not planted a hedge before we will show you how (only light work is required!). We provide all equipment, plus hot drinks and biscuits to keep you going. Just bring yourself, suitable clothing and sturdy footwear!

It’s a great way of spending a few hours in the outdoors, in beautiful Herefordshire countryside, doing something great for nature and meeting like-minded people too.
