The Herefordshire landscape is one of our greatest assets. How can we protect it?
Landscapes encompass the natural, cultural and historic environment. They are valued because they provide a sense of place and distinctiveness enhanced by colour, texture and artistic associations. How can these concepts be defined and used to underpin strategies that will deliver good quality and locally appropriate developments? An illustrated lecture by landscape and environmental colour experts that will be of interest to anyone who loves the countryside and of particular interest to planners, architects, Local Planning Authorities and developers.
