It's a difficult time but if you are able to spend a bit of time from more essential tasks, don't forget the Hereford Transport Strategy review - here's what the Council says about it:
'The review is considering ways to reduce traffic and improve flow to make it more pleasant to move around the city, create attractive well-maintained public areas that support walking and cycling and introduce a high quality, well-connected and low carbon transport system.
Alongside a review of current road proposals (Hereford bypass and Southern link road), this will include looking at alternative options that could deliver improvements more quickly.'
Support for these initiatives could result in a greener healthier city environment - and improved public transport links from rural areas.
We have until 31st March to let the Council know our ideas and thoughts, so do have a think and then visit the online survey here.
